PERSEPSI PENGGUNA TERHADAP IMPLEMENTASI SAKTI PADA SATUAN KERJA LINGKUP KPPN TANJUNG REDEB

Abstract

This study on User Perceptions of the Implementation of SAKTI at the KPPN Tanjung Redeb Scope Work Unit aims to determine the extent to which users or financial managers in the work unit respond to the implementation of SAKTI, whether they have positive or negative perceptions of existing policies including hopes and desires.  The study was conducted on 27 SAKTI operators at the work unit within the KPPN Tanjung Redeb scope. Research activities were carried out from April to May 2022. Data and information obtained from the survey results were processed using qualitative descriptive analysis. From the results of this study, it was concluded that overall, the initial perception of users of the quality of the SAKTI application service was good and had a positive response. However, there are still some things that need attention, namely : providing continuous training and socialization, database access speed that needs to be improved and completeness of the help menu that needs to be added.
