Abstract

Functional Position of State Treasury Technical Supervisor is a Functional Position under the Directorate General of Treasury of the Ministry of Finance. This position is regulated in the Regulation of the Minister for Empowerment of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform Number 51 of 2018. This article discusses the Technical Supervisor of the State Treasury who works at the Vertical Office of the Directorate General of Treasury with the primary duties and functions of the position. Establishment of Functional Positions within the Directorate General of Treasury. The review results show that the State Treasury Technical Trustees carry out their duties by existing regulations. However, in carrying out the responsibilities of the State Treasury Technical Supervisor, several problems were found in several aspects. Some of these problems can harm the Functional Technical Guiding Officer of the State Treasury to provide guidance and guidance to the Directorate General of Treasury.
