Apakah Lingkungan Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Perusahaan Otomotif di Kota Samarinda?

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance at automotive companies in Samarinda, and whether it affects either directly or indirectly. The free variables in this study are Work environment and Job Satisfaction, while the bound variables are Employee Performance. This research was conducted at PT. Astra Motor Samarinda. The data collection instrument was obtained by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The sample determination technique uses the random sampling method. The sample in this study was 85 respondents. The tests carried out include Hypothesis Test with Partial Test (T-Test) and Simultaneous Test (F Test), Multiple Regression Test, and Coefficient Test. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the work environment and job satisfaction with employee performance have a positive and significant relationship partially or simultaneously.
