Pengaruh disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja pegawai pelayanan pajak Kantor Samsat Palembang
Abstract
Sistem Administrasi Manunggal Satu Atap (Samsat) shared office involves four different professions, namely South Sumatera Police Department, Dispenda Palembang, PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero), and Bank of SumselBabel. Each of these agencies have a role, duties, and powers. The purpose of this research was to analyze the relationship of discipline and physical work environment to employee performance in the vehicle tax payment services at Samsat Palembang office. The tests were performed in this research using the technique of multiple regression analysis with the hypothesis test set at significant level of 5%. The results show that: (1) disciplinary have a significant effect to employee performance in the vehicle tax payment services at Samsat Palembang office; (2) the physical working environment have a significant effect to employee performance in the vehicle tax payment services at Samsat Palembang office; and (3) disciplinary and physical work environment simultaneously have a significant effect to employee performance in the vehicle tax payment services at Samsat Palembang office.
