MANAJEMEN SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI PEMBELIAN DAN PENGELUARAN KAS PADA PT INDONESIAN FIRE EQUIPMENT SYSTEMS

Abstract

Every company needs accounting software to simplify the process of accounting records in the company. Accounting records using accounting software will be faster and the results are much more accurate than manual recording. In the accounting information system, there are two interrelated parts, namely the purchasing function and the cash disbursement function.The purpose of this research is to find out the application of accounting information systems for purchases and cash disbursements at PT.Indonesian Fire Equipment Systems. And identify the MYOB Primer 23 application that is applied in the company. The research method used is observation and interviews.The results of the study show that the application of purchasing accounting information systems has been carried out according to standards where the purchasing function has been separated from the cash disbursement function, so that fraudulent actions can be minimized.The application system used has been running according to the standard where the user logs in, only according to its function
