PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN KEDISIPLINAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DINAS KEPENDUDUKAN DAN PENCATATAN SIPIL KABUPATEN BERAU
Abstract
The conclusion of this study is that leadership style has a significant
influence on the performance of the Berau Regency Population and Civil Registration
Office employees, as evidenced by the t-count value (3.434) which is greater than the
t-table value (1.991) and the significance value (0.001) which is higher than the t-table
value (1.991). smaller than the probability value (0.05). Work discipline has a
significant influence on the performance of employees of the Berau Regency
Population and Civil Registration Service, as evidenced by the t-count value (2.088)
which is greater than the t-table value (1.991) and the significance value (0.040) which
is smaller than the probability value ( 0.05). Leadership style and work discipline
simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of the Berau Regency
Population and Civil Registration Office employees, as evidenced by the F-count value
(26.090) which is greater than the F-table value (3.12) and a significance value
(0.000) which is smaller than the probability value (0.05).
