<p>Periwayatan hadis merupakan mekanisme transmisi yang menentukan validitas hadis<br>sebagai sumber ajaran Islam, karena terkait langsung dengan ketersambungan sanad<br>dan akurasi matan. Artikel ini meninjau konsep periwayatan hadis melalui studi pustaka<br>dengan fokus pada: definisi riwayat, filosofi verifikasi berita, syarat tahammul<br>(penerimaan) dan ada’ (penyampaian), ragam thuruq periwayatan pasca-sahabat, serta<br>problem periwayatan bi al-ma’na. Celah kajian yang dibahas ialah kecenderungan<br>kritik kontemporer yang menggeneralisasi riwayah bi al-ma’na sebagai ancaman besar<br>bagi otentisitas hadis. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa syarat penyampaian hadis lebih<br>ketat dibanding penerimaan demi mencegah distorsi, dan bahwa delapan metode<br>tahammul wa ada’ (al-sama’, al-qira’ah/‘ard, al-ijazah, al-munawalah, al-mukatabah,<br>al-i’lam, al-washiyyah, al-wijadah) memiliki konsekuensi epistemik yang tercermin<br>pada shiyagh al-ada’. Riwayah bi al-ma’na memang membuka peluang tadlis dan idraj,<br>tetapi tidak otomatis merusak otentisitas karena dibatasi kompetensi perawi serta<br>disaring melalui kaidah kesahihan (ittisal sanad, ‘adalah–dhabt, bebas syadz dan ‘illah)<br>dan uji muqaranah lintas sanad-matan. <p>Gadgets are electronic devices that are practical and useful for humans, what makes<br>this gadget different from other electronic devices is that it has a very rapid<br>development and updates in each development and has practical properties in its use.<br>This study aims to (1) find out whether the use of gadgets has a significant effect on<br>learning interest. (2) to find out whether interest in learning and the use of gadgets have<br>a significant effect on social behavior. (3) to find out whether the use of gadgets has a<br>significant effect on social behavior with learning interests and interests as intervening<br>variables. This study uses a quantitative research model with a type of case study<br>approach, data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires and<br>documentation. then data analysis through SEM Partial Square (PLS). The results of<br>this study were concluded that: (1) the use of gadgets had a positive and significant<br>effect on positive behavior with a path coefficient value of 0.310 and a significance of<br>0.001. And the use of gadgets has a positive and significant effect on negative behavior<br>with a path coefficient value of 0.691 and a significance of 0.001. (2) the use of gadgets<br>has a positive and significant effect on learning interest with a path coefficient value of<br>0.703 and a significance of 0.000. <p>The purpose of this study is to descriptive about the PAI learning model in the<br>4.0 era with an interdisciplinary approach. This study uses a descriptive type<br>of research with a qualitative approach. The purpose of this study is to analyze<br>the PAI learning model in the 4.0 era with interdisciplinary insights. The data<br>collection technique uses library research techniques and documentation<br>analysis. Where the data sources studied come from libraries or<br>documentaries, namely from various literature, books, journal articles, or<br>national and international scientific publications related to the theme of<br>discussion. As for the data analysis technique, the researcher used the<br>interactive techniques of Miles, Huberman and Saldana by going through the<br>stages of data condensation, data presentation (disply data) and conclusions<br>drawing (conclusions drawing). The validity of the data in this study was tested<br>using triangulation. The results of the study show that the PAI learning model<br>with an interdisciplinary approach is urgent to face the challenges in the 4.0<br>era.<br><br></p>Dody Wisono

<p>This article explores the essence of Islamic Law through a philosophical<br>approach, focusing on scholarly debates about the source, methodology, and purpose<br>of the law. Using literature study and content analysis methods, this study explores<br>various schools of thought such as textualism, rationalism, and contextualism, as well<br>as the arguments behind their differing views. The findings show that Islamic Law is<br>not only understood as a set of norms, but also as a system rooted in philosophical<br>values, which aims to realize the benefit of humanity.<br>This study emphasizes the relevance of a deep understanding of the essence of<br>Islamic Law in the context of complex modern society. Adaptation and<br>reinterpretation of the law, by maintaining a balance between religious principles and<br>socio-cultural changes, is considered important. This article argues that the Maqashid<br>Shariah, which is the purpose of protecting religion, soul, intellect, descent, and<br>property, is the essence of Islamic Law. <p>The Batamat Al-Qur'an tradition is a deep-rooted practice among the<br>Banjar people in South Kalimantan, manifesting their love and respect<br>for the Holy Al-Qur'an. This study aimed to comprehensively examine<br>the legitimacy and functions of the Batamat Al-Qur'an tradition from<br>an Islamic law perspective. The research employed a qualitative<br>method with a descriptive-analytical approach, utilizing Quranic<br>verses, hadith, and literature reviews as primary data sources. The<br>findings indicated that Batamat Al-Qur'an serves not only as a<br>religious ritual for mastering the holy book but also as a social<br>mechanism to strengthen community bonds (silaturahmi) and preserve<br>local wisdom. From an Islamic law perspective, the tradition is<br>legitimate as it aligns with the principles of encouraging Quranic<br>study and fostering social solidarity.
